Glenn King, FIPAA
Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Glenn King is the Group Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining in late-2019 Glenn was a senior public servant in the New South Wales (NSW) Government, including leading the Premier’s Implementation Unit as Deputy Secretary of Department Premier and Cabinet, and the first Chief Executive Officer of Service NSW. Most recently, he was the NSW Customer Service Commissioner and Secretary of the NSW Government’s Department of Customer Service.
Glenn also has over 25 years of international experience in Financial Services. As a senior executive at the National Australia Bank Group he led product, marketing, distribution, and operations divisions across its portfolio in Australia, New Zealand, Scotland, England and Ireland.
Glenn has been an Executive at Save the Children Australia, held numerous Business Advisory and Community Board roles, and was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia for outstanding contribution to study or practice of public administration. He has a BCom (Honours) from Deakin University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Swinburne University, as well as completing programs at both the University of Adelaide and Harvard Kennedy School.

Sabina joined PEXA in 2020, working directly with the Board and Group ELT on business strategy and transformation during PEXA’s IPO, with strong customer and employee endorsement. She has a proven track record across more than 20 years’, spearheading large-scale transformation programs for ASX-listed financial institutions including the National Australia Bank and ME Bank.
She is an empathetic leader, able to rally teams to an organisation's purpose - creating commercial value while inspiring motivated and highly engaged employees. She is an advocate of the servant leader approach, passionate about diversity and inclusion and supporting individuals’ aspirations and their own growth potential. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and Harvard Business School.

Alice joined PEXA in 2022 following an international career extending over 20 years in corporate and top tier private practice environments across Australasia, Asia, US and UK/Europe. Prior to joining PEXA, Alice spent six years with BlueScope Steel Limited in a range of senior leadership roles across legal, compliance and strategic growth portfolios, including as General Counsel - Building Products (Asia and North America) and VP - Strategic Business Development. Alice also has 15 years’ experience in private practice, leading and contributing to projects in M&A, restructuring and insolvency, bank finance and litigation across Australia, UK and the USA with Ashurst (Australia), White & Case (UK/USA) and Arnold Bloch Leibler (Australia).
Alice is a values based leader with a passion for constructive challenge and continual learning. She has a strong track record of delivering organisational and functional transformation to align with business purpose, strategy and values. Alice thrives in diverse environments and brings energy, creativity and trust to her teams. She has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy/ Logic) from the University of Auckland, NZ.

With more than 25 years’ corporate experience, Scott Butterworth joined PEXA in November 2021 and as Chief Growth Officer, is responsible for extending PEXA’s business into providing new innovative data insights solutions and digital services. Prior to joining PEXA, Scott was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ASX-listed firm, Slater & Gordon. He has also held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group, National Australia Bank, Westpac and Clydesdale Bank, where he served as both CFO and Chief Data Officer.
Scott brings to his role a passion for harnessing data-driven insights to provide value to government, financial institutions, PEXA members and the broader property sector.
In his newly appointed role, Scott will lead the PEXA Insights business in the creation of products and services which will bring these invaluable data insights to market.

Eglantine is a versatile global executive. She has delivered complex projects and led technology teams in over 20 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific in consulting, telco, manufacturing, retail and consumer goods.
She has a proven track record in delivering new operating model design and implementation, transformation through technology, mergers and acquisitions, introduction of new ways of working and built in-house innovation incubators.
In parallel to her corporate career, she also launched a start-up project. More recently, Eglantine led DuluxGroup’s IT and Digital team for over 4 years. Passionate about diversity of gender and background, Eglantine has been involved as a mentor with asylum seekers and women in IT organisations.
Eglantine has a Bachelor of Business from Oxford Brookes University and Excelia, France.

Joe joined PEXA in October 2023, bringing over 25 years of business process re-engineering experience across the financial, legal and property sectors - the last 10 years in delivering technology solutions to the UK conveyancing and lending markets.
Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of TM Group, a leading proptech company where he spearheaded the company’s growth. His other key executive roles include Managing Director of EDM Mortgage Support Services; Business Development Director for RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions; and banking operations and sales executive roles with UBS Investment Bank and ABN Amro.

Richard Moore
Group Chief Financial Officer
Richard joined PEXA as its Chief Financial Officer in February 2020.
Prior to this, Richard was the Chief Financial Officer at MYOB for eight years, overseeing its transition from private to public ownership in 2015 which at the time was Australia’s largest Tech IPO. At MYOB, Richard was responsible for a broad Group Services portfolio, including Finance, Legal, Governance, Risk and Compliance and IT.
Richard has more than 20 years business experience, holding senior finance roles across a diverse range of industries, including Chief Financial Officer of Jetstar Airways (part of the Qantas Group), Chief Financial Officer of Bankwest Business and numerous finance roles at GE Capital across both the UK and Australia, after starting his career with PwC in Edinburgh.
Richard is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is a member of the Board and Finance Committee Chair at Kilvington Grammar School in Ormond, Melbourne.
Richard has a Master of Arts degree, with Honours, in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.

Lisa Dowie
Chief Customer Officer
Lisa joined PEXA in 2012 and has held various roles in technology, operations, and customer experience and strategy.
Lisa has 20 years’ experience in the finance, information technology and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining PEXA, Lisa led various transformation initiatives at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and Telstra, and spent time in the United Kingdom working with Accenture and JP Morgan Chase.
Lisa has participated in the Executive Management Program at INSEAD and was recently awarded the 2020 Customer Executive of the Year from CSIA.

James Ruddock
Chief Product and Digital Experience Officer
James joined PEXA in 2012 as its then Chief Financial Officer. James is currently Chief Product and Digital Experience Officer, responsible for PEXA’s technology, digital and product function.
Prior to joining PEXA, James held executive roles as Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Director at credit bureau, Dun & Bradstreet. In addition, he has worked with Merrill Lynch and PwC.
James holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Monash University.

James Bawa
UK Chief Executive Officer
James joined PEXA as Chief Executive Officer of PEXA UK in 2020.
Prior to joining PEXA, James was Chief Executive Officer at JN Bank UK, cloud-based challenger bank and Chief Executive Officer at Teachers Building Society, where he was responsible for re-engineering the society into a specialist lender.
James has extensive regulatory experience with over 12 years as a panel member of the Financial Services Authority and Financial Conduct Authority.
James is a Chartered Insurer having spent his early career with Life and General Insurance Companies.
Chris Bodikian
Chief Innovation Officer, PX Ventures
Chris joined the PEXA Corporate Development team in 2014. Chris is responsible for driving PX Ventures’ B2B, B2C and B2G growth agenda including partnerships, investments and entrepreneur programs.
Chris brings experience from work with tech start-ups and with JP Morgan in its Corporate and Investment Bank.
Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Technology, Sydney

Glenn has more than 30 years of Australian and international experience in the financial services, government and not for profit sectors and was appointed PEXA’s Chief Business & Enterprise Architect in 2020. By 2021, Glenn had become PEXA’s Chief Product Officer & Enterprise Architect, responsible for the delivery of the various products that support the function of the PEXA Exchange.
In his role, Glenn combines his passion for digital transformation, knowledge in strategy, product management and technology to drive growth and reach sustainable outcomes for PEXA members.
Prior to joining PEXA, Glenn has led delivery of major digital transformation programmes in organisations, such as National Australia Bank, NSW Government (Service NSW) and Suncorp.
